The gap

There's a gap between a $4,500 retainer and someone who vanishes.

The big end

$4,500 a month, and a junior on your account

Sydney's larger agencies start around that figure for a single channel. You get process, slide decks and a quarterly review — and the person actually touching your campaigns is three years into their career.

The cheap end

A setup fee, then silence

Cut-price freelancers take the build fee, switch something on, and go quiet. No reporting, no optimisation, and nobody to call when the leads stop.

Where AWP sits

Proper campaign work, run by the person you actually hired

Real Meta campaigns, a Google listing built out properly, and a written report every single Friday. Small enough that you get the founder on the phone, organised enough that nothing ever goes quiet, and priced so the work gets done properly rather than squeezed into whatever's left of a junior's week.

What we do

Four things, done properly.

No sprawling service menu. These are the four levers that move the needle for a local business — and we'd rather run them properly than add a fifth.

Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns built to bring in enquiries, not impressions. Every lead's name, number and what they asked for lands in your inbox the day it arrives.

Google Business Profile

Get found when someone nearby searches for what you do. Listing built out properly, categories and services right, photos current, reviews chased.

Social media management

Three to four posts a week on Facebook and Instagram, written and scheduled for you, so your page looks alive when a customer checks you out before calling.

Websites

A fast, mobile-first site built to turn a visitor into a phone call. Copy written, domain and hosting sorted, and looked after once it's live.

How it works

Four steps, about a week.

01

A free 15-minute call

Tell us what you do and where you're based, and we'll tell you straight what we'd change first — whether that's ads, your Google listing, your socials or your website. No slides, no pitch deck, no obligation.

02

A plan and a price

A short written proposal: what we'd run, what it costs, and what you should typically expect in the first ninety days. Nothing starts until you say go.

03

Setup and launch

We build the campaigns, get the tracking and enquiry forms working, sort access to your accounts, and get everything live. Usually inside a week of saying yes.

04

Friday reports, every week

A written update every Friday for as long as you're a client. Leads get forwarded the day they come in — not held back for the monthly summary.

The Friday report

You'll never have to ask how it's going.

Most businesses leave an agency because they stopped being able to tell whether it was working. Here's what turns up in your inbox at the end of every week.

From: Alex White — AWP Marketing Weekly Update — your campaigns, Friday
  • How many enquiries came in this week, and where each one came from
  • What the campaigns cost, and the cost per enquiry
  • Which ads and which audiences are doing the work — and what we're switching off
  • How your Google listing performed: searches, views, calls, direction requests
  • What we're changing next week, and anything we need from you

Written in plain English, not platform jargon. If a week was quiet, the report says so and explains why — that's the point of sending one every week instead of once a quarter.

The maths

Work out what one customer is worth.

Most business owners decide marketing is expensive without ever doing this sum. It's worth five minutes, because the number is almost always bigger than people think.

Take what a customer spends with you, multiply by how many times a year they come back, then by how many years they typically stay. That's what one new customer is actually worth — and it's the number your marketing spend should be measured against, not the monthly fee on its own.

The figures on the right are a worked illustration to show the shape of the calculation. Put your own numbers in and the answer changes.

Average sale$400
Visits per year× 2.5
Years they stay× 2
One customer is worth$2,000
Four of them$8,000

These figures are an illustration of the method, not a result from any client campaign. We don't publish client numbers without their written permission, and we won't quote you an expected lead volume before we've looked at your market — anyone who does is guessing.

Pricing

Published, so you can rule us out quickly.

Most agencies make you sit through a discovery call to find out whether you can afford them. Here are the numbers up front. The audit is free either way — start there if you'd rather see what we find before committing to anything.
